Paul Cox (@SiempreSeattle) reported My neighborhood has our own nonprofit fiber network; every house is wired & pays a minimum network infrastructure fee. The vast majority also get service (up to a gig for 70 bucks). Not surprisingly, Comcast's internet prices here are lower than any neighborhood I've lived in.

@Xfinity @DelanieGavan_ As long as we don't expect anything useful like scale of the issues or any kind of ETA for our own planning, right? @XfinityA problem perhaps more stressful than the outage itself is your teams' inability to provide any sort of useful or actionable information.

Three different customer service reps being condescending and complete unhelpful right now from @XfinitySupport @Xfinity if you don’t want me as a customer just say so. Quit trying to gaslight me into giving up on you. Next time don’t delete 50 channels off my current plan.

@Newegg I don’t even get broadband. I have to use @ATT Fixed Wireless internet. It uses cellular towers and it’s terrible and with a 250GB data limit. @Xfinity cuts off their broadband where I’m at 2 miles down the road from me. I get 15 down and 5 up.

Wtf xfinity just broke up w me they said they can’t put wifi in my new house I’m actually heartbroken they’re like “we tried everything we can but we cannot provide you internet at this address” I might cry?
