BE CAREFUL FROM ASKING TO SIGN CREDIT CARD
I'm not one to be upset, but I was genuinely upset how easy it was to sign a credit card. I was asked by an employee that "would like to sign up for a membership" and I should've have noticed the red-flags in asking for the information (I was frantic and trying to get out as soon as possible). I was expecting membership like any other stores. She knew I was focused on trying to make sure I was paying for all my items and she pops in that question. I still trust Home Depot as a trusted brand, but man please don't force customers to do things that they don't want to do. The store itself is great - some things are missing and hard to find. but you usually find all that you need

I bought a Ryobi 2 cycle curved trimmer yesterday, and was greeted and received exceptional customer service from sales floor associate, and He was very knowledgeable with the Ryobi Trimmer.

Computer was acting up. Wouldn't do free home delivery.
We came to buy 2 small electrical parts. Neither was available, so the associate took us to Customer Service so they could order the items for us. They had a lot of trouble getting the computer to take the order correctly. Then it said we had to pay $8.99 for Home Delivery after several years of Free Home delivery on anything! We finally agreed to do free store pickup. This took over one hour! When we later looked at our receipt, we saw that it had us picking up the items in 2 DIFFERENT STORES! This was absurd! We picked up our items because we needed them, but this was not the easy, free home delivery we have come to expect from Home Depot. One star, but gave an extra star because of the persistence of the sales associate and several CSR's in trying to get our order through.

Small but nice
Anytime I shop at the store, everyone there is always so pleasant. Not just the employees but fellow customers. I don't always get what I was looking for but always leave happy.
