TD Garden | Destinations | MBTA (1)

TD Garden is home to the Boston Celtics and Bruins, as well as many concerts and events throughout the year. It’s located just above North Station—a hub for subway, Commuter Rail, and Amtrak service.

It can get crowded on game days and during rush hour, so be sure to plan ahead.Check service alertsto stay informed.

Take the T to TD Garden

Orange Line
Green Line

Take the Green or Orange Lineto North Station
Head upstairs and cross Causeway St to enter the arena
Take the commuter passageway under Causeway St and then head upstairs to the arena

Commuter Rail

North Station Commuter Rail platforms are below the concourse—just head upstairs to enter the arena
From South Station, take the Red Line to Park Street, transfer to the Green Line
From Back Bay, take the Orange Line to North Station

Bus

Routes 4, 92, 93, 111, 117, 354, 424, 426, 428, and 450 all stop within walking distance of TD Garden
Traffic during events can cause delays, so plan ahead and leave extra travel time

Paying Your Fare

We recommend loading enough money on your ticket or pass for a round trip on the subway or bus. Lines can get long after events, so we recommend doing this before your first trip.

Parking

Garage parking is available at North Station. The event rateis$48.

You can also park at an MBTA commuter lot or garage outside the city and take the train in. Daily rates range from $2 – $15.

The last Green and Orange Line trains leave North Station around 12:45 AM. Departure times for Commuter Rail and bus vary by route.
