One week, two customer service calls to Comcast & AT&T’s billing departments. The radical difference between Comcast’s utter garbage CS and AT&T’s extremely pleasant experience, is definitely something Comcast needs to look into.

I almost NEVER. Call 1-800-Xfinity and get my issue addressed efficiently. ESPECIALLY using the automated service. God forbid I request to speak with a human. I’m forced to put up with sh*tty treatment due to lack of ISP options. Thanks @Xfinity

@ComcastCares#mobile_Care master bedroom box stopped working.Checked power source,it's fine,placed new HDmi cable,still not working.Unplugged, resetetc,starts & gets to the screen with the welcome message & after that, shuts off.Don't know what's wrong.Maybe need replacement box

@AlbertBrooks Seems all cable companies, being mostly monopolies, don't feel they have to quickly deal with the needs of their users. I have Comcast, which I assumed was the worst, but I'm guessing Frontier is just as bad. At least you get the chance to speak with people in China or India.

My neighborhood has our own nonprofit fiber network; every house is wired & pays a minimum network infrastructure fee. The vast majority also get service (up to a gig for 70 bucks). Not surprisingly, Comcast's internet prices here are lower than any neighborhood I've lived in.
